Treat your guests and staff to a healthy delicious lunch! Acai contains antioxidants which are anti-inflammatory, helps lower blood sugar levels and stimulate the immune system. They are also high in fiber and heart-healthy fats.

Here are some general estimates to help you decide: • Acai bar for up to 25 people (25 qty 12oz bowls with 3 flavors): $275 + event fee (dependent on location, distance and time) • Acai bar for 26-50 people (50 qty 12oz bowls with 3 flavors): $500 + event fee • Acai bar for 100 people (100 qty 12oz bowls with 3 flavors): $900 + event fee
Our acai bowl catering services are available on a first-come, first-served basis up to a year in advance. We recommend booking our catering services as soon as possible to guarantee your date!
Our full-service catering experience includes the following: 1) A photo-worthy acai cart with stanchions, customized chalkboards, toppings, spoons, napkins, cups, and more! 2) Your choice of up to four of our top acai flavors, depending on the size of your event attendees. 3) Dedicated staff who set up, prepare bowls to order, and break down after service. Our team arrives one hour before your service start time for set up. Breakdown typically begins at the end of your scheduled service time. Please let us know if you require an earlier set-up, later breakdown, or longer service time. During service, our staff prepare bowls to order for your special guests! Providing samples, recommendations, and toppings at no additional cost.
A 50% deposit is required to book your catering experience! The deposit becomes non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event. The remainder of your balance is due on the morning of your event. We accept all major credit cards.

Depending on the location of your event, we may need special parking and access. Please let us know during the booking process if your venue has limited access or specific load-in/load-out rules. On-site access to power is required to book our services. Regular Acai Cart: We suggest a 8’ x 8’ area with access to power within 40ft. Cart Dimensions: 44” L x 31.5” W x 40” H (without umbrella or canopy)
